Dear members,

This is a new call to the reservations for our yearly Christmas Ball, which will be held on Saturday December 12th, at Le Ohlala Bar, very close to République (http://www.ohlala-paris.fr/index.php). .

Please have loopk to the list below and please let me know asap :

- If you don't find your name and you want to attend (and bring friends),

- If the informations are wrong (number of guests for example),

- all the information, which need to be confirmed.  

I need to confirm the number of people one week before, so please answer me before December 3rd. You may know that it's not easy to organize such an event, so if you want that all happens well, the sooner you answer, the best it will be for me. But it's still time to answer or to complete your answer.

Much among you asks to me whether they can invite friendsor not....of course they can...and I have a special request for Derek (Sagehorn not Lewis) who must bring some girls. Seriously, the Christmas Ball is not reserved to members, so you can bring your friends or family if you want. We will have enough space for more than hundred people, so contrary to other events the number of people is not limited. 

This year we will be in the center of Paris, therefore we will be able to have fun together much later. We'll have to possibility to arrange a sort of nightclub, with a dancefloor and a DJ,  in the basement of the restaurant.

What is included in the 50 € ? The aperitif, the meal (3 courses), a bottle of wine for 2, the privitization of the restaurant and the nightclub. All the additional drinks will be paying.

As usual, we will organize a raffle, but this time all the benefit will be for the club, that means for us all. This year we don't have much sponsor, so we need money for the club's life : médi-kit, snack after match, hiring of the ground, compensation for the referees, and so on... So if you have some facilities to find gifts tnaks to your job for example, please let me know.

Further to Nico's E-mail we will be playing Thales this Saturday with the kick off time to be confirmed.

It's a great opportunity to test ourselves against the leaders of the division above, and set down a marker for all the watching teams in our league. However we've missed two training sessions and are now going into this game almost cold. So training is an absoloute must this week.

So with that in mind, please confirm your:

Availability for tomorrow’s and Thursday training and Saturday's Game

Whether you will have a car or motorbike to transport others to the grounds

1. Training in SEVRES on Tuesday November 24 - Tomorrow!

Training Stade de la Fosse Renault, route de la mare aux Canards, SEVRES Meeting point: Pont de Sevres (Metro Line 9) at 8:00PM (go to street level - meet in central reservation for buses). We will have a car pickup from Pont de Sevres.

2. Training in DOMONT on Thursday November 26

Please make a special effort to come on Thursday - It's worth noting how much our game has improved when we've trained with Jamie and Rhys and they have been providing the best of all advice, and training with them is a pleasure. Let's not dissapoint them and be as many as possible to attend Thursday's session.Training Stade des Fauvettes, rue de Paris, in DOMONT (outskirts of Paris)

In order for us to be ready when the League resumes and to compensate for a number of missed training sessions, we have agreed to face Thalès (currently leader of Corpo 1st Div) on a friendly game in Saint Cyr on Saturday November 28 (next Saturday).

We will keep you posted on the kick-off time, but it is likely to be relatively early.
