If you are attending training but haven't yet replied please do so, it's important to know who is coming so we can make sure you are not left behind. If you are suddenly unable to attend  please contact someone who is attending and let them know so we are not waiting around for you.

Can all attending please make sure they bring their gumshield and a water bottle.
