BRFC 2010 Tour

Please contact Nick HAYES (nicolas.hayes@hsbc.fr) at once to confirm you will be attending the Tour. Deposits of 100 euros are to be collected by any Committee Member BEFORE the end of next week, that is to say Saturday 27 FEBRUARY at the very most.

Should you fail to confirm your presence or make the above-mentioned deposit, we will not be able to consider you for the Tour.

We will leave Paris by Train the journey from Paris Montparnasse to Bayonne is about 5 hours

For those outside of Paris Flights to Biarritz available from London Gatwick & Stanstead, Birmingham, Bristol, Dublin, Geneva, Marseille, Nice and Hellsinki

Hotel Accommodation We will be staying 2 nights in a 3 star in central Bayonne 2 minute walk from train station and all the location actionActivities

Top 14 Match – Bayonne vs Brive (hopefully attend players’ reception afterwards)

BRFC Match vs. local folklorique team

Group Dinner in A Cidrerie in the centre of Bayonne (optional)

€25-30 for 4 courses plus unlimited cider

Surf Lesson – Beach at Biarritz (optional)

€20 for a 1.30h group lesson

Cost

The cost will be at the most €250 and is likely to be lower than this

Price will include trains for those heading from Paris, Hotel Accommodation, Tickets to the Match and your limited edition BRFC 2010 Tour Shirt (for those not coming from Paris we will confirm with you costs)
