Training, Cup & Marathon

Guys,
 
as you may have guessed no training tonight, however if the weather stays good we'll be playing touch on Invalides on Thursday starting around 7pm, we'll aim to make the thursday session at invalides from now on.
 
Secondly, we've drawn Antony sport in the cup. It's scheduled for the 17th and clashes with tour. The committee is working on getting it re-arranged, but we need to know ASAP how many people would be available this weekend if our cup draw is moved forward a week instead of back.
 
please reply to this e-mail ASAP so we can gauge numbers for the next couple of weeks.
 
Lastly a message from Paul Baker concerning the Marathon this weekend.
 
"Alright lads
 
As you know, and as I have been going on about relentlessly for nigh on 5 months, I am running the Paris marathon this weekend. Now, this is not an email to try and get money off you or one to ask you to come and watch as I shatter the BRFC record which, as I currently estimate, is held by 2-Names at around 3.5 hours...no, what I offer is the chance of a lifetime (as I don't envisage doing another one of these) the chance to see me run around the streets of Paris in agony, especially post 16 miles which is where I trained up to! The weather looks like it could be nice and could well be an excuse to get on the lash at various establishments across Paris to hear abuse at me.
 
In all honesty it would be good to see a few people along the streets if possible and I think Jon is already in as he has promised me a pint of cider at the finish line which I intend to down (could be messy in itself).
