The time has come - we will shortly be departing for our Tour to Bayonne before we go however these are the key things to remember;

We leave Paris Orly at 7am - be there for 6am for check in, any later and you risk not going, sorry but we won't be able to wait for you

Bring your passport - you will require photo id to board the plane - for foreigners a passport is generally the only thing that will be accepted

Saturday am Biarritz Beach - Weather will be nice we will play some rugby on the beach so bring shorts and at 11am those of us who have requested will go surfing - surfers please bring swimming shorts and a towel - I have a couple of spaces so if you fancy it bring your stuff along - everything else will be provided

We have had an issue in respect of organising a game and are still working on it so please bring your rugby kit and we will hopefully have a game whilst there

For those travelling independently - we are staying at the hotel Loustau - just opposite the train station in Bayonne. We will be arriving in Bayonne on friday at around 2/3pm and will meet you there. At 6.45pm we will be leaving for drinks and a meal in Arbonne just outside Bayonne - let me know if you need the details. For those arriving saturday am we won't have moved far so give us a call when you arrive 0637365980 or any of the club members

Dress Code will be adhered to -

Club blazer or plain blazer & white shirt (club tie if you own one)

Seventish very large sunglasses (I have a supply on a first come first served basis)

Moustache real or fake

Bowler hat and umbrella

Tour roles

Tom Benyon - Tour Judge and time master

Matt Meehan - Cabin Boy

Mark Grey - Kitty Queen

All of you will be assigned a tour name and badge - badge must be visible at all times (the badge is a sacred thing and has even got BRFC members passes into Champagne VIP sections of the Stadio Flaminio) - it is upto you how you make it visible so please bring an appropriate item.

Match tickets - you will receive before the match

Tour shirts - you will all receive your tour shirts upon your arrival

Cheques - some of you have not paid the full amount - Eudes has devised a punishment for those that do not bring a cheque with them (you can post date this to come out of your account at a later date) - he came across this idea last friday at 2am in a karaoke club for the obese in scotland so you can only imagine what it will be!!!!

Last and not least remember - what goes on tour.....stays on tour!!!
